studies have found that some teas may help with cancer ,heart disease and diabetes; encourage weight loss, lower cholesterol and bring about mental alertness.
Nevertheless,there are many types of tea such as black tea, wight tea and green tea, among others.However some studies have shown that these three have some potential benefits on health.
- Black tea:made with fermented tea leaves,according to studies it may protect lungs from damage caused by exposure to cigarette smoke.It also may reduce the of stroke
- White tea : one study shown that white tea has the most potent anticancer properties compared to more processed teas
- Green tea :made with steamed leaves ,it prevent clogging of arteries, burn fat, reduce risks of neurological diseases such as Alzheimer´s and Parkinson´s diseases,reduce risk of stroke and improve cholesterol levels.
Over all,many studies has been made about tea and it´s benefit,and it´s shows how just a simple drink such as tea may actually save your life.So if you are not drinking tea yet ,I believe it the right time to start.
